- * Delivery -Postage & Packaging
- Home Hydro now use UKMAIL to deliver mainland UK parcels, which allows us to offer a faster standard delivery service with full traceability on your parcel and a redelivery service if you are not in. Smaller, lighter parcels are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. All orders are dispatched on a daily basis and if you order before 2:00pm GMT there is every chance you could actually recieve your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
- Plain Packaging Policy - Every order is carefully packed into one or more sturdy plain cardboard boxes to ensure it arrives safely with you. The last thing either of us wants is for any of your hydroponic equipment to arrive damaged!
- * FREE Delivery terms & conditions - We offer free delivery for orders over £1,000 on all standard products although heavy and larger items, such as 50L & 100L bags & some tents may carry a weight surcharge of £5.00 or £10.00 per item for delivery. FREE Delivery is only available to items delivered to a UK address.
- * £4.95 Fixed Delivery Cost terms & conditions - We offer a single delivery cost of £5.95 per delivery for all orders under £1000 although heavy and large items, such as 50L & 100L bags & some tents carry a weight surcharge of £5.00 ot £10.00 per item for delivery.
- Please note we cannot be held resonsible for late delivery once your parcel has been passed to our carriers.
- Methods of Payment
- You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express and Diners Club International). Secure servers offer Home Hydro customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet.
- The SSL for Home Hydro is by Comodo. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer - RBS. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Home Hydro liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We accept the following payment methods:
1. Pay On-Line with your Credit/Debit Card
Order hydroponic equipment and supplies with confidence using our secure online payment facility. You can order with complete confidence over the homehydro.co.uk site as all orders are handled by the secure SSL protocol which is an international standard.
2. Order By Phone with your Credit/Debit Card
Telephone us on 01788 565960 with your order. Have your credit/debit card ready and we will confirm your order for you there and then. We are able to take your order Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9.00am - 12.00 noon.
3. Pay By Cheque or Postal Orders
Print off your order from our website and make cheques or Postal Orders payable to Ash Park Group Ltd. Post cheques to: Home Hydro, Unit 41 Sir Frank Whittle Business Centre, Great Central Way, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3XH.
4. Pay by Cash Via Special Delivery
We accept payment in cash via Special Delivery. Simply go to your local Post Office and enclose your cash payment in a Special Delivery Envelope. Send cash to: Home Hydro, Unit 41 Sir Frank Whittle Business Centre, Great Central Way, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3XH.
5. Pay Cash at ANY POST OFFICE
We have a special account set up for you to pay money into. Submit your order to us from the checkout indicating that you will be paying cash directly into our bank account and the day you will be paying this money in. Then go to any Post Office completing a TRANS CASH paying-in slip quoting the following details:
TRANS CASH SLIP - orange slip available at most Post Offices.

As soon as the money shows in our account, usually within 24 hours, then we send your order out.
6. Pay us a Visit
Visit our shop - Home Hydro, Unit 42 Sir Frank Whittle Business Centre, Great Central Way, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3XH. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 12 noon.
- International Deliveries
- We do not currently ship orders internationally although we plan to provide an international service in the future but this will take some time to implement due to the large number of import restrictions and procedures necessary on many of our products.
- When we get it wrong
- It's never a pleasant task when you need to complain so we have made it as easy as possible for you. If you have any complaints at all please email our customer care manager, Paul Johson - firstname.lastname@example.org, and he will look into the matter straight away and either call or email you back.
