Propagation and pre-soaking rockwool = 2ml per litre Maintenance dose for hydroponics = 1ml per 10 litre Maintenance dose for soil = 1ml per 10 litre every other watering Hydroponic stress relief = 1ml per litre for 3 to 7 days Soil stress relief = 1ml per litre. Use twice a week.
